Select the appropriate deposit amount below if submitting your deposit. For conference fees, select the "Other" option and enter the amount due from your Northern Pines Balance Statement. If you desire, you can also set up monthly recurring payments from today through May. To set up monthly payments, enter the Total remaining amount due. The system will auto-calculate the number of months remaining and divide your total amount appropriately.
A non-refundable deposit of $50 per person or $100 per family must accompany your registration. This may be paid online via credit card or you may send a check payable to Northern Pines to our office at PO Box 1864, Minnetonka, MN 55345.
Payments are due as follows (unless otherwise arranged with the registrar):
February 1st *: 50% due
May 1st: Final Payment due
* If registration occurs after this deadline, 50% payment is due immediately and full payment is due by May 1st or as arranged with the registrar.
Any payments made after June 1st (unless otherwise arranged with the registrar) will incur a $40 late fee.
Any registrations with no payments made by May 1st will be automatically cancelled (and deposit forfeited). Full payment will be necessary to secure a new registration.
Registrations cancelled on or before July 1st will receive a full refund of registration fees (minus deposit).
Registrations cancelled after July 1st will forfeit all paid registration fees (including deposit).
