We are so excited that you will be joining us this summer at Northern Pines! Please use the form below to submit your registration online. You will receive an automated confirmation once received.

There are many considerations taken into account when housing is determined. While we can't guarantee you will receive your first choice, priority is given to those that submit their registrations early. A percentage of housing options are also held for first-time conferees.

I Hereby:

  1. Affirm there is no need for a doctor's examination prior to camp based on current health or that such an exam will be obtained with recommendations supplied to camp staff.
  2. Authorize camp staff to give medications to children and youth in camp programs based on the parent/guardian instructions.
  3. Authorize qualified camp personnel to give emergency medical care and determine the need for a physician's service.
  4. Release Northern Pines, its staff and volunteer workers from any liability or claims which may arise related to registrants' participation in programs or trips sponsored by Northern Pines.
  5. Provide Northern Pines the authorization to use photos & videos of you and your registered group for promotional purposes.

2017 Pricing

In an effort to make a week at Northern Pines affordable to all families, Northern Pines, along with Green Lake Conference Center, offer several discounts and scholarships.

Discounts

The following discounts are given to all applicable registrants.

First Time Conferee Discount
10% discount for all first-time registrants.

Multiple Children Discounts
Families with three children ages 6 to 11 receive a 50% discount for the youngest child; families with four children ages 6 to 11 receive a 50% discount for the two youngest children.

Scholarships

Apply for the following scholarships online (see button above).

Green Lake Conference Center Scholarships* 
All Junior High, Senior High and Adult Conferees can apply to receive a $100 Green Lake scholarship ($50 if staying in a cabin).

Northern Pines Scholarships 
Families or individuals who have additional financial need can apply for Northern Pines financial assistance scholarships.

Special Scholarships 
Scholarships are available for members of the military, full-time ministry professionals, and those who have been or have had family members incarcerated.

*Campsites and houses are not eligible for GLCC Scholarships.


Prices include all programming and activities, accommodations, meals, evening childcare, and use of non-motorized rental equipment (boats, bikes, games, etc.).

Payment & Late Fee Policy

DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of $50 per person or $100 per family must accompany your registration. This may be paid online via credit card or you may send a check payable to Northern Pines to our office at PO Box 1864, Minnetonka, MN 55345. 

PAYMENT PLANS
Payments are due as follows (unless otherwise arranged with the registrar):

  • February 1st*: 50% due
  • May 1st: Final Payment due

*If registration occurs after this deadline, full payment is due by May 1st or as arranged with the registrar.
Payments to be made payable in U.S. funds by debit, credit card, or by check payable to Northern Pines.

LATE FEES
Any payments made after June 1st (unless otherwise arranged with the registrar) will incur a $40 late fee.
Any registrations with no payments made by May 1st will be automatically cancelled (and deposit forfeited). Full payment will be necessary to secure a new registration.

Men's Work Retreat

April 20-23, 2017

Attention all men... you don't want to miss out! On April 20 - 23, we will be holding our fifth annual Northern Pines Work Retreat. This has rapidly become one of the favorite events for many of our men as we gather together for a weekend to work, eat, and fellowship together. It is an essential component of our relationship with Green Lake Conference Center, and over the past three years has helped transform our Wilderness and CCA program facilities. Whether you have lots of experience and construction skills or are just willing to pitch in wherever you can, we have a place for you. We'll work hard, laugh a lot, eat well, and make our kids' experiences at Northern Pines even better.

Here are a few of the things we've been able to do in the last three years:

  • Roofed and renovated two lodges, creating over 60 additional beds for our Wilderness and CCA programs.
  • Built almost 60 bunks to fill the new lodges and our young adult housing lodge.
  • Installed ceilings, removed old playgrounds, and laid flooring in Wilderness buildings.

As a result, the Wilderness and CCA areas are now fully functional. We've gone from having our CCAs staying in Roger Williams Inn and Wilderness kids staying with their parents to now having over 150 beds in six different buildings to configure exactly as we need for our programs each week. It wouldn't have happened without the hard work of all the men who have been part of our work retreats!

We continue to work with Green Lake to determine the best possible use of our skills and will know closer to the actual weekend what projects we will be tackling. If you can work one day or the whole weekend, we'd love to have you join us. We'll gather Thursday night at 8pm to kick things off and plan the weekend, then get two full days for work on Friday and Saturday. We'll finish by noon on Sunday so everyone can be home at a decent time.
