Thank you for registering your family for Northern Pines!
We are looking forward to serving you and your family. To truly make Northern Pines a Vacation with a Purpose, we need some additional information about your children. This information helps us prepare our program staff and resources.
If you have questions or need assistance, please contact us through our Contact Us page or at connect@npines.org.
Ages 0 Through Third Grade
To help our teachers, CCAs, and staff best serve your family, we need some additional information about each of your children who are registered for the Children's Program. This information will help us properly staff each class in the morning program and pair your family with your evening CCA. This form replaces the "our family" handout from registration.
For children attending without a legal guardian, we also need medical and insurance information for all unaccompanied minors in this program.
Please submit each form only once for each child.
Fourth Grade Through Recent Graduates
We need medical and insurance information for all students in over-night programs. Please submit this form for each of your children in the Wilderness, Junior High, Senior High, and CCA programs.
This form is for all students, no need for a separate form for unaccompanied minors in these programs.
Please submit this form only once for each child.
Additional Information for Parents
Class and Program Policy
Children and youth are assigned to classes and programs based on their age or grade this upcoming fall. Space in each program is limited and programing and activities are age-appropriate. Changes to classes or programs will only be allowed under extenuating circumstances and must be finalized by July 1. Please send any change requests to be considered to connect@npines.org
Children's Program Health Policy
Our morning program and evening childcare team are mindful to adhere to the same standards for cleanliness, security, and care as you would expect from other programs which serve children. We strive to be sensitive to and make provisions for the healthcare concerns of all children and their families. In an effort to ensure that your child’s experience is best, we encourage all parents to make sure that their child falls within a standard of health.
If your child is experiencing any of symptoms or fall into outlined criteria, for the health and safety of others we ask that you not have them participate in our morning programing and stay with them for the evening. Specific standards of health will be provided on-site during registration.
Transition Weekend
Many of our youth campers spend one week as campers in their respective programs and then the opposite week serving as a CCA. Students staying for a second week stay together on campus between weeks. There is staff specific to those staying in between weeks to help oversee their activities and help them get laundry done, etc. The weekend is really low key as most kids sleep for much of the time. They also enjoy relaxing by the beach and spending time with friends. There is an all staff Sunday morning service and meals available throughout the weekend.
