Children's Pricing
Children's Pricing is based on the age that the child will be at camp.
The cost for children under 5 has been graciously covered by the gift of an anonymous donor. There is no charge for children ages 5 and under!

Youth Pricing is based upon the grade that your youth will be in as of September 1, 2026. Note, this the school year following camp.

Payment & Late Fee Policy
DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit of $50 per person or $100 per family must accompany your registration. This may be paid online via credit card or you may send a check payable to Northern Pines to our office at PO Box 750 Lakeville, MN 550044.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payments are due as follows (unless otherwise arranged with the registrar):
- February 1st: 50% due
- May 1st: Final Payment due
LATE FEES
Cancellation policy: Payments after June 1 will incur a $40 late fee. Any registration without payment by May 1 will automatically be cancelled and deposit forfeited. Full payment is necessary to secure registration. This will open up a spot for those on the waitlist.
Wait list policy:
- Priority will be given based on program availability
- If you are on the waitlist and are notified of an opening you will have 72 hours to complete your registration and pay in full or we will go to the next person on the list
- Those from the waitlist who do not get in this year will be given priority for next year once they register and pay their deposit.
