The Wilderness
This program is a unique camping experience for children going into 4th, 5th and 6th grade in the fall. It can best be described as a fantastic week of fun, change, and growth for campers. Campers have a great time enjoying a week programmed recreationally and spiritually just for them. Students are housed separately with the staff, and each day is filled with activity and fun. The Wilderness is maintained with a very low camper/staff ratio to insure a great experience for campers. The Wilderness uses the symbols and narrative from the Exodus account of the Israelites’ time of wandering in the desert, and is centered around each child’s relationship with God and their need for a Savior.
