Northern Pines is the premier non-denominational Christ-centered family conference in the Midwest and has met each summer since 1974.  Started by a group of businessmen who wanted to build a life-changing vacation experience for families, Northern Pines has continued to grow and expand its ministry while staying true to its original purpose.  2011 marks the 38th year of family conferences for Northern Pines and its fourth at the Green Lake Conference Center in WI. Each conference is one week long from Sunday afternoon to Saturday morning, and provides programming specific for every age group.  Each summer over 1000 conferees will come together to learn from inspiring speakers and musicians, and to enjoy the dynamic and caring children, youth, and young adult programs that are offered.  It truly does live up to it’s motto, “A Vacation with a Purpose”

Northern Pines offers a unique vacation experience for families of all shapes and sizes. Moms and dads of all ages, single parents, single adults, and grandparents, youth and children can look forward to a week full of excitement, fun, and life-changing relationships.  With free evening child-care and morning children’s program activities for all children 8 years and under, parents can take full advantage of all the activities and speakers.  All children and youth, grades 4 and higher, have fully staffed programs tailored to their developmental needs.  The entire family can experience a life-changing week, full of fun, relaxation, and the message of Jesus Christ. Everyone enjoys the wide variety of vacation and recreation opportunities available at the Green Lake Conference Center. All in all, a week of challenge, renewal, growth, and fun await you and your family - physically, mentally, socially and spiritually.
